The meal plan was top-quality and tailored to my dietary needs and preferences. It was also very practical and easy to follow. Moreover, the team's support was the key to my success. They were knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic, creating an encouraging and motivating environment. Regular check-ins helped me stay focused, and having someone to share my progress and struggles with made a significant difference. As a result, I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches off my waist in three weeks. However, the transformation goes beyond the numbers. I feel revitalized, energetic, and optimistic about my health and well-being.
I have been an avid LIN follower, but always a hearer and never a complete doer, until this challenge! I noticed the difference not just in weight but in how I felt. I was 98% compliant, lost 7 pounds, my skin was glowing and I finally proved to myself that I can discipline my body. So excited to start the new year with this program again. So many delicious meals! By the third week I got a compliment from someone who noticed that I had lost weight. I just love that I was eating delicious carbs and losing weight 😁. Will definitely do it again.
I joined the LIN tummy down. It was a 37 waist size .. after the program was a 34! The meals are delicious too. Loved it! Would recommend
The LIN guide is amazing. It shows that a modification to our way of cooking the food we grew up eating goes a long way to help our weight loss goals and health in general. The recipes are straight forward and yummy. Ronke doesn’t compromise on taste and that is a plus for me.
Couple of things stood out for me on this plan
First, meal planning is very key to success on the journey. Time consuming but worth the effort!
Second, the meals tasted really nice. I hesitated until day 5 before preparing the vegetable soup but it went down a treat.
You do have a generic meal guide I suppose?
I will like to obtain a copy for the next phase of this journey.

I was not 100% compliant and still lost 1.7kg. This was achieved with no exercise as well. The meals are very simple to prepare as I hate meal prep. I have continued this plan for the rest of August as it’s easy to follow. Thanks LIN for this plan ❤️
So I started with LIN Dress Down, then to the Rapid Cleanse and I achieved my goals and more. Then I thought to myself I have learnt some things and seen results, it won’t make sense to go back to my old habits.
Hence I wanted a Nigerian cookbook the healthy way, and LIN guide was just the perfect bridge to maintaining the healthy lifestyle journey I started with Dress Down weeks ago.
What I appreciated beyond the recipes, was the breakdown for our understanding the weight management process, calorie information, macro balance etc.
To be fair my intention was not really to loose weight but to maintain a good lifestyle of eating and I can say it’s been really nice to do so (I have lost a total of 2kg so that’s about 0.5kg a week since I started it) and that’s me not trying to loose weight. I have enjoyed documenting my actual daily intake of meals on my Fitbit app etc while also exercising an habit I picked up from Dress Down!
Overall I’m very happy and I can’t imagine the kind of progress I have made so far in health - physical and mental wellness by being intentional about what goes in my body.
There were times I had non LIN chin chin but never above 35g (covers face) but that’s the beauty understanding the whole food process and applying it etc.

I did the Rapid Cleanse right after I completed my Dress Down Plan and it really was a nice ease…. I loved the meals and the fact I could choose options for breakfast (of course within the plan). Prior to the Rapid Cleanse I wasn’t a fan of Oat, and now? Oh my I have fallen in love with the rapid cleanse way of Creamy Oatmeal Bowl! My weight and waist concerns were already addressed in the Dress Down as I went from 66.6kg to 62kg, but at the end of the RC I was down to 61.6kg.
If by now you are skeptical about the whole LIN process, it works it works!

This plan works if you put your mind to it. I was able to loose 16.5 pounds in 3 weeks using this plan. I learnt that Nigerian food is not bad for you like many "weight loss experts" claim, the issue most of us face is portion sizes. The dress down plan has taught me how to properly measure my meals and cook yummy recipes without sacrificing flavor. If you follow the plan religiously, you would be able to reinforce healthy eating habits.
I really enjoyed the process as I didn’t feel like I was on a plan in terms of how delicious the meals were etc.
Before my dress down I weighed 66.59kg with a 30 inch waist but by the end of the plan I was weighing 62kg with a 27.5 inch waist. My main concerns were sorted, my tummy, dress size reduction, waist to hip and waist to height healthy range.
I feel better mentally & physically and that was really important for me.

Hello Ronke, I finally got to give my review on the LRC. For some time now I've reached a plateau on my weight loss but I devoted just one week for the cleanse and boom! 💥 the scale finally moved from 73kg to 70 kg. I'm so excited that I could do this effortlessly by just eating good food (foods I could actually enjoy oo) and not starving myself. This is really amazing! Thank you Ronke!
Hi, i joined the Cleanse with LIN 2 with the hope to actually cleanse my summer grove eating and lose some weight, Did i achieve my aim? YES MA'AM. i was so proud of my progress because it was achieve under 3days.
Yhello I have completed it and I lost 3.5kg
I wasn't 100% complaint cos I run a Grilled Fish business atm so it's not been easy but I try to stay true 5days in a week, sometimes 4days in a week
I will be doing it again this month starting from nxt week
Overall I have lost 7kg with lin n I am not consistent
I have rapid cleanse, tummy down N dressdown plan
I do a plan, stop then do portion control and pick d plan again but I feel good n my cloth fits better
With no work out, which I'm not proud of being a new time mum I'm still getting my self together joor! But I lost a Whooping 6kg would have been more but Christmas chopping no gree me but we muuuvvv Biko. I'm so happy. My target is to loose the postpartum weight which is 26kg and then 20kg more. Oh! I didn't mention hubby and I love the meal but he is a bad influence Biko be making me cheat here and there😁
